Baked Honey Garlic Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon, making sure each fillet is well coated.
4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top for garnish.
